Sound File Converter Utility

This command-line utility program allows you to create RC8650 and RC8660-compatible sound files from wave and MP3 files, and wave files from RC8650/RC8660 sound files and recordings, without using the visual RCStudio graphical user interface. An Active-X DLL is also included that allows you to convert sound files from within your own programs.
